WOW, Zara Larsson just totally blew us away! The gorgeous Swedish singer completely nailed her first-ever MTV Europe Music Awards performance with an incredible rendition of ‘Lush Life’ and ‘Ain’t My Fault’ and we’re totally obsessed!
Can we talk about how incredible Zara Larsson, 18, is?! She completely killed it on the 2016 EMAs stage, first rocking out to her hit “Lush Life” and then transitioning into her more recent hit single, “Ain’t My Fault.” Of course, the gorgeous Swede looked stunning in an all-white ensemble, which showed some abs and a whole lot of leg. Zara totally worked the stage, running all over the place as she entertained the crowd with her epic talent.
The 18-year-old was so cool, calm and collected onstage, you’d never know that before the performance, she was totally freaking out about taking such a big stage. “I’m so nervous for the EMAs I can literally not eat,” she wrote a few days before the show. “I’ve been drinking juice for three days straight. I’m on an unwanted cleanse.”
Besides just performing, Zara was also nominated for Best New Act and Best Swedish Act at the awards ceremony, so all in all, it was definitely a big night for her. It’s certainly been a breakout year for the songstress, who actually rose to fame years ago after winning a talent show, but only first started gaining traction in the U.S. in 2015 with her singles “Lush Life” and “Never Forget You.”
In October, Zara made a major U.S.A TV appearance when she flew into Nashville to sing alongside Thomas Rhett, 26, when he was named one of five Artists of the Year for CMT. Their collaboration was all sorts of epic and we can’t wait to see what she does next!
HollywoodLifers, what did you think of Zara’s performance?
