Kelsea Ballerini, 23, gave the most beautiful performance of her hit “Peter Pan” at the Country Music Association Awards on Nov. 2. If you didn’t know by know that Kelsea had some amazing pipes, this performance will definitely rock your world. The singer was nominated for new artist and female vocalist of the year at this year’s CMAs and we know she would totally deserve to win either one (or both!) based on her performance.

Kelsea took the stage in a gorgeous pale pink dress (her second dress of the night!) and began to sing her beautiful ballad while dancers appeared behind her. The pair gave a beautiful performance that corresponded with Kelsea’s magical song referencing a boy who could never grow up. With a large moon in the background and the couple twirling behind her, Kelsea belted out the amazingly touching lyrics. “You’re just a lost boy, with your head up in the clouds/You’re just a lost boy, never keep your feet on the ground.” So magical, Kelsea! And Twitter users agreed! “Just completely broke down in the middle of #KelseaBallerini singing ‘Peter Pan’,” one fan wrote. Aww.

“It’s very intimidating looking out in a crowd of Dolly Partons, Rebas and whoever may pop up at this year’s award show and it’s nice to know you can look back and see people who are going to love you whether you fall on your face or win,” Kelsea told CMT.com, referencing how her Aussie beau, country star Morgan Evans, and her parents from Knoxville, Tennessee would all be in attendance at the award show! They must have been so very proud to see her high-flying performance!
