When Justin Bieber, 22, wants a new apartment, he doesn’t settle for anything less than three floors, valet parking and a private butler. Click through our gallery, attached, to see pics of JB’s posh new pad!

The $27 million apartment is in the central, trendy Dam Square neighborhood of Amsterdam, Netherlands, close to where the Dutch royal family lives. The lavish place was brokered by celebrity real estate agent Leslie de Ruiter. The apartment features an elevator that goes between the three floors, and there are at least four bedrooms and four bathrooms. It also has a huge roof terrace with views of the beautiful city, plus a living room and dining area. Nice!

JB obviously fell in love with the city when he performed there earlier in October on his Purpose World Tour. He attempted to go incognito on Oct. 7, wearing a hilarious brown wig while going out on the town, but he fooled absolutely no one thanks to his giant, distinctive neck tattoo. So funny!

However, it’s possible that the city Amsterdam might not like Justin Bieber in the same way. We can’t forget the controversy in 2013 when JB wrote an insensitive message about Anne Frank in the guestbook at her house. “Truly inspiring to be able to come here. Anne was a great girl. Hopefully she would have been a belieber,” he wrote. Yikes.
