Garth Brooks just blew us away with his amazing performance of ‘Baby Let’s Lay Down and Dance’ on ‘GMA,’ Oct. 27! The country singer owned the stage with his energetic hit, and the crowd couldn’t get enough of it! Watch him rock the stage here!
Garth Brooks, 54, can do NO wrong! When he hits the stage, time just stands still, however, his audience did not! He treated a packed crowd on Good Morning America to his latest hit, “Baby Let’s Lay Down and Dance” Oct. 27. Garth had a smile on his face during the entire performance, as did the rest of his talented band. The energy and spirit of the song could’ve made anyone get up and dance, and we loved it! Watch the amazing video above!
The Grammy winner’s epic GMA appearance comes a week after he was a guest on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Oct. 21. Fans went nuts over his time on the show because he vowed to never retire again after a long 14-year hiatus from music! It was basically the best day of our lives.
Garth first announced his retirement in Oct. 2000. He said he would retire until his three daughters graduated high school. The multi-platinum recording artist kept to his word, aside from playing small gigs here and there. He finally returned to music in 2014.
The father of three — Taylor, 24, August, 22, and Allie, 20 — is currently on The Garth Brooks World Tour with wife, Trisha Yearwood, 52, and he’s been rocking sold out shows! No surprise there, though. Aside from his extremely affordable tour (Incase you didn’t know, he purposely keeps his ticket prices cheap), Garth is treating fans to a brand new album, Gunslinger. The singer’s 11th studio album is set to release at the end of November, and he’s also busy streaming his music on Amazon!
We’re SO happy Garth decided to ditch his retirement plans, because this may be his most successful tour and album yet!
