Don’t bring Adele into this, Donald Trump. The Republican presidential candidate slammed Hillary Clinton as usual in an Oct. 26 interview, taunting her for taking some precious time off to enjoy a concert on her BIRTHDAY. Unbelievable! Watch here.
Donald Trump, 70, took a cheap shot at Hillary Clinton, 69, after she attended an Adele concert on Oct. 25 in Miami. Trump, who is being criticized for building hotels instead of tending to his campaign, tried to blame Clinton for the same negligence in an ABC News interview. “I think it’s so unfair because, you know, Hillary Clinton goes to see an Adele concert last night, and everybody says, ‘Oh, wasn’t that nice, isn’t that wonderful?’” Trump says in one of his more obvious foot-stomping, angry-toddler moments. Watch the video above.
“She goes, she does one stop,” he adds. “She has no energy. She’s got nothing going. She does one stop. And nobody complains about that. Nobody complains when she goes to an Adele concert all night long, while I’m making two speeches at rallies with, you know, massive crowds.” No comment.
“I built one of the great hotels of the world,” Trump also boasts about the new Washington, D.C., property. “What am I supposed to do, not show up? I’m taking one hour off. I’m going to North Carolina right after this, then I’m going back down to Florida. I’m going up to New Hampshire. I’m all over the place. I can’t take one hour off to cut a ribbon at a one of the great hotels of the world? I mean, I think I’m entitled to it.”
