Khloe Kardashian is giving us another look at her workout routine! The ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ star has gone through a complete body transformation over the past year, all thanks to a better diet and commitment to working out. We love when Khloe Kardashian, 32, shares the exercise and diet tips that she uses to stay fit. Frequently sharing 10-second clips on her Snapchat and Instagram, Khloe’s workouts have us exhausted from just watching — but kind of make us a little jealous we can’t get in on the sessions big sis Kourtney Kardashian often joins her in on.
On her latest app post, Khloe shows us the how-to behind the four arm exercises her trainer Don-a-Matrix developed to tone and strengthen her upper body. Bringing Kourt along for the workout, you can watch a quick clip of their training session, below, and read the full breakdown on all of the exercises.
Using resistance bands to strengthen and tone faster, Don recommends using anywhere from 15 to 30-pound resistance bands and completing three sets of 20 reps of each exercise to burn up to 250 calories. Plus, you can do the exercises on your own, or follow Khloe’s lead and team up with a friend.
1) Starting with reverse lunges, Khloe and Kourt alternate stepping their legs back into a lunge as they lock their elbows and press their arms back each time they step their leg back into the lunge.
2) Next up, Khloe adds a knee up to her lunge, using the resistance band on her own and pressing her arms back as she lifts her knee to her chest.
3) For the third exercise, Khloe does scissor jumps, which require you to jump into the air and land in a lunge position as you press your arms back (alternating legs).
4) For her final workout, Don has Khloe and Kourtney do knee ups with tricep extensions. The most difficult of all of Khloe’s arm exercises, this set requires you to hold the resistance band over your head and reach your arms forward as you jump and bring your knee to your chest (again, alternating legs).
