Who is ready to fall back? Daylight Saving Time is upon us, and that means more sleep people! But, do you know what day it is, and what time it’s happening? If you don’t, you’re in luck. We have all the info you need right here!
Alright, party people, your wish for more sleep will be granted when Daylight Saving Time ends on Nov. 6. That’s when the clocks are gonna “fall back” at 2 a.m., giving us a well deserved extra hour of sleep. Three cheers for that, cause with all the stuff we know you got going on during the fall and winter, including the holidays, it is gonna be so nice to stay in bed for just one more hour. Don’t you think?
Fun fact, Daylight Saving Time always ends the first Sunday of November and starts up the second Sunday in March. So be ready, cause come March 12, 2017, that extra hour is going bye, bye. But don’t worry about that right now, and focus on how the fall time change will give us some more daylight in the winter and help get us up and raring to go.
So, on Nov. 5, make sure you are setting your clock back an hour before you go to bed. But remember you will probably only have to do this on clocks and devices that aren’t hooked up to the internet, as those will most likely do it themselves. And don’t forget to do it! We all know there is nothing trippier than waking up the next morning to see that your phone says a different time than your microwave. So, skip the panic attack and set your clocks. And feel free to thank us when you are warm and cozy in your bed for that extra hour on Nov. 6!
