Nina Agdal puts in some serious work for her flat abs and toned legs. The gorgeous model recently shared all of her fitness tips as she hit the boxing ring with Muscle Milk protein shakes and WBC professional boxer Alicia Napoleon. Ahead, see what Nina had to say about the boxing workout she swears by and how she fuels her morning sweat sessions.
Nina Agdal, 24, is not only a Victoria’s Secret model, she’s also a fitness fanatic. The Danish model shared her love for getting in a good workout after an hour long boxing session at Overthrow Boxing Club in NYC, where she attributed her model looks to her dedication to fitness and nutrition.
“You get every element in it,” Nina told Entertainment Tonight on my she gravitates towards boxing workouts. “You have the strength, you have the cardio — it kind of feels like a sport, so you can always be better. It’s just really fun.”
To fuel those boxing workouts, Nina says she likes to grab a protein shake like the new Muscle Milk Coffee House shakes. “I love [it] because it’s the perfect combination of protein and caffeine to jump start your early morning workout when you’re on the go,” she said. Nina also said, “I eat a lot of Greek yogurt with honey, a lot of lean protein [and] vegetables.”

But Nina’s not the only celebrity (or even model) who swears by boxing workouts. Actress Shay Mitchell is a fan of hitting the ring, and so are fellow Victoria’s Secret models Gigi Hadid, Adriana Lima and Doutzen Kroes. In fact, Gigi has spoken about her love for the calorie-torching workout on more than one occasion, most notably telling Vogue, “Boxing has been great for me because it’s like my new sport, and it’s something that I can get better at.”
