Lady Gaga is officially back and better than ever! She headed to the ‘New York Times Style Magazine’ party at the Carlyle Hotel in NYC on Oct. 19th and she looked absolutely stunning in a red ruffle gown with a long cape. We are obsessed with her dramatic red look — are you?
Lady Gaga, 30, was being honored as a ‘style maker,’ at the T Magazine party in NYC and she could not have looked better.
She opted to wear a bright red Valentino Haute Couture dress with a skin-tight bodice, poufy cutout sleeves, a high ruffled collar, and a poufy skirt. The best part of the gown, though, was the back. The back of the dress was a full cape with a huge ruffle neck and the cape flowed out for miles — she literally looked like a vampiress — she was totally channeling her character, The Countess, on last season’s American Horror Story: Hotel.
Gaga topped off her entire look with an insanely dramatic, thick black cat eyeliner, fishnet stockings, and edgy over-the-knee black leather cutout combat boots. We were so happy to see her in this ensemble because it reminds us of the old Gaga, do you agree?
Lady Gaga was so excited about being honored, that she posted a pic of herself with the caption, “It was such an honor to be photographed by the brilliant @collierschorrstudio and to be recognized tonight by @tmagazine next to such influential and talented individuals. I am humbled to be celebrated alongside Michelle Obama, William Eggleston, Kerry James Marshall, Junya Wantanabe, Zadie Smith, and Massimo Bottura.”
Not only did she look stunning in this outfit, she also surprised everyone with performances from her new album, “Joanne,” which will be released on Oct. 21. T Mag posted a pic of her performing, with the caption, “At last night’s celebration of our #tgreats issue, the inimitable @LadyGaga performed “Angel Down,” a song on her forthcoming album, “Joanne,” from the piano of Bemelmans Bar at @thecarlylehotel.”
We are obsessed with Lady Gaga’s entire look from head-to-toe — are you?
