At last! We finally have another update on how Kim Kardashian is doing after her terrifying Paris robbery, and the news isn’t good. Sister Kourtney has revealed that the reality superstar is still badly shaken up by the traumatic experience. Keep reading for her revealing interview.
“You know, she’s not doing great. I think we’re all really still shaken up,” Kourtney, 37 told Australia’s Today Extra’s David Campbell and co-host Sonia Kruger. “I think she has a big supportive family and I know that, like all of the traumatic things that we’ve been through, we get through them together as a family and that’s what family is all about.” Kourt looked super uncomfortable discussing the subject of Kim’s terrifying Paris robbery and had been booked on the show to promote a skin care line.
Initially it appeared like she didn’t want to answer the question, as David asked her, “Obviously your family has been in the news with the very traumatic robbery of your sister…the people of Australia and our show are very empathetic and very horrified. We’re wondering how is everyone going and how is Kim doing?” You could clearly hear someone on her end say “stop” and she sat there silently, not responding. The hosts thought she was “blanking them” when she wouldn’t answer, but it turned out to just be a technical glitch and she was back on after a commercial break.
So far, Kim’s family has been pretty quiet about giving updates on how she has been doing following being bound, gagged and held at gunpoint while robbed of $11 million in jewelry on Oct. 3. Little sis Khloe, 32, has been doing most of the legwork, going on Ellen DeGeneres‘ daytime talk show Oct. 11 where she revealed that, “She’s not doing that well. It was horrible, what happened to her. It’s incredibly traumatic.” Kim herself hasn’t been seen since returning back home to LA and has not gone anywhere near her social media, which goes to show just how the former Snapchat/Instagram queen been affected by her terrifying ordeal.
HollywoodLifers, do you think the hosts crossed a line in asking about how Kim is going? Or were they just doing their jobs?
