Talk about a ‘Halloween’ treat! Danielle Harris is officially going to be a mom! This will be the scream queen’s 1st child and we are SO thrilled for her and her hubby David Gross. Even better, the two also announced that they’re expecting a baby boy! Get all the precious details here.
Danielle Gross, 39, is known for her iconic “scream queen” roles in horror movies such as Blood Night, Night of the Living Dead: Darkest Dawn, and four films from the Halloween franchise. But within the next few months, the starlet will be taking on a NEW role — hopefully one that’s a bit less scary! She’s becoming a mom, according to People!
“After three years of fighting for the family I so desperately wanted to start, I’m proud to finally be able to say I’m gonna be a mom to a baby boy … thanks to the painstaking miracle of IVF,” Danielle revealed to the mag. WHAT an exciting time! This will be her very first child with her husband David Gross, and we can only imagine how blessed the two must be feeling right now.
Danielle and David became engaged back in 2013, and just one year later the couple tied the knot in January 2014. The actress initially delayed starting a family because she wanted to focus on her career. After all, in addition to her horror film ventures, Danielle grew up as a child actress. She even had recognizable appearances in the movies Don’t Tell Mom the Babysitter’s Dead and Free Willy, as well as her voice work in The Wild Thornberrys on Nickelodeon.
“I’m going to take a break from doing movies for a bit as an actor to have a family and focus on directing,” Danielle told Diabolique Magazine in 2013. And now her wish is finally coming true! Congrats again, you two!
