She’s back! Taissa Farmiga is officially coming back for ‘American Horror Story’ season 6. You know what this means — she’s going to be sharing the screen with former co-star Evan Peters once again! Get the details!
After major internet speculation, it’s confirmed: Taissa, 22, is returning to American Horror Story. Ryan Murphy, 50, spilled the scoop to E! News about Taissa’s big return. “Taissa Farmiga is coming back for the first time ever since Coven, in I think a really, really great part and we love her,” he said in the interview. “We’re very excited—she’s a part of our world and always will be, and I always wanted her to come back.”
Coven was the first time Taissa had been on American Horror Story since season one’s Murder House. Fans fell in love with Taissa and Evan Peters’ onscreen duo, Violet and Tate, in the show’s first season. They remain one of the show’s most beloved pairings. Taissa and Evan, 29, reunited in season three, and now it’s all happening again!
Episode 6 of American Horror Story: Roanoke is going to feature one hell of a twist. The entire show is going to change, and we will be seeing more of Evan, who didn’t make an appearance until episode 5 of this season.
“It’s probably my favorite thing he’s done,” Ryan continued. “Evan Peters in episode six is one of the greatest, most hilarious things Evan has ever done and he loved it. He’s a very big, pivotal part of episode six, playing a completely different character than what we’ve seen him play. Evan is just the best, I love him.”
Finn Wittrock, 31, is also returning this season, and he’s going to be playing the “most f–ked up character of all time.” Brace yourselves, he’s probably going to be WORSE than Dandy. American Horror Story: Roanoke airs Wednesdays at 10 p.m. ET on FX.
