Emma Stone channels Audrey Hepburn and Mia Farrow on the November 2016 cover of ‘Vogue’ with a stunning pixie cut! Do you love her hair makeover? Tell us below!
Emma Stone‘s extreme hair makeover is just a wig, but we think she looks totally amazing on the cover of Vogue!
Her hair was styled by Shay Ashual, a super talented hairstylist who has worked with Kate Hudson, Kendall Jenner, Jennifer Lopez, Adele and many more!
In fact she was the hairstylist behind Taylor Swift’s infamous May Vogue cover, where she showed off a brand new platinum look!
Inside the magazine, Emma rocks her signature blonde locks, styled in retro waves. She also rocks a very short, black wig with blunt bangs.
Her gorgeous makeup was done by Aaron de May. Her look was totally fresh faced, with her freckles shining through. Her gorgeous green eyes were lined in black and her brows were full and brushed up.
She looked stunning in the shoot, but also spoke about substantive issues.
Emma plays tennis legend Billie Jean King in the movie Battle of the Sexes and that got her thinking about equal pay for equal work.
“[Women] should all be treated fairly and paid fairly. I’ve been lucky enough to have equal pay to my male costars,” she says.
“Not ‘lucky.’ I’ve had pay equal to my male costars in the past few films. But our industry ebbs and flows in a way that’s like, ‘How much are you bringing into the box office?’ ‘How much are you the draw or is the other person the draw?’”
“I felt uncomfortable talking to my agent or lawyer about it because I was like, ‘Do people want to see me as much as they want to see Steve Carell?’ It’s a weird conversation to have because it’s trying to see oneself from the outside.”
She concludes: “What are we at [nationally]? Seventy-nine cents to the dollar? It’s insane. There’s no excuse for it anymore.”
