Kourtney Kardashian has been flaunting her bikini body, and we really can’t blame her! The 37-year-old frequently shares clips of her workouts on her Snapchat, but over on her app, Kourt shared a full rundown on her exact exercise routine.
Training with Don Brooks, who developed his Don-A-Matrix method, Kourt wrote that she works out almost every day. With workouts set up like a sports game, Kourtney divides her workout into four quarters with breaks in between for a session that lasts between 45-minutes to one hour.
Each quarter in the workout consists of three sets of two different exercises that concentrate on working the entire body. In a video clip she shared on her app, Kourtney works out alongside Khloe Kardashian, using a resistance band as she exercises. Combining squats with bicep curls, the resistance band exercise works to trim and tone her legs and arms.
Other exercises that she’s shared in the past have included step platforms, planks and jumping rope. Kourt even helped her sisters get into shape, advising them on eating healthier and inviting them to workout along with her and Don.
