Demi Lovato’s MMA trainer is totally confident that the singer could kick some ass in the octagon! Jay Glazer of Unbreakable Gym said Demi’s one of the toughest people he knows! Click through to watch him explain her insane skills!

“[Demi Lovato] is a bad little lioness,” Jay told TMZ Sports. “She’d whip a lot of people’s asses. She throws elbows better than most of the UFC guys that come in there. She’s more violent than most. Then she gets mad if we don’t come after her harder. She’s one of our hardest fighters, without a doubt.”
“She has the mindset; I wish I could bottle up her mindset and sell it to the guys in the UFC,” Jay continued. “Don’t mess with her. She’s brought up [doing an amateur MMA fight] to us a million times.”

We knew Demi, 24, was one tough cookie, but this is totally on another level! It makes sense that she’s reportedly dating UFC fighter Luke Rockhold, 31; he must have been her terrifyingly impressive moves at Unbreakable Gym and had to talk to her immediately! Luke’s one of the top UFC fighters in the league, but it sounds like from what Jay told TMZ Sports, Demi could give her reported sweetie a run for his money!

The two have reportedly been seeing each other since the summer, after Demi ended her six-year relationship with Wilmer Valderrama, 36. It seems like things are going well for Demi and Luke, because they got matching smiley face tattoos on their pinky finger in August!
