They’re back! In the first look at season two of ‘Outcast,’ Kyle and Amber can’t seem to escape what she calls ‘the black things.’ Click inside to WATCH!
Fans of Outcast were treated to the first trailer for season two while attending the show’s panel at New York Comic-Con on Saturday night, October 8. Along with moderator Chris Hardwick, creator Robert Kirkman and actors Patrick Fugit, Wrenn Schmidt, Reg E. Cathey, and Brent Spiner were there to unveil the trailer as well as talk about ALL things season two.
In the trailer, Kyle (Patrick) and Amber (Madeleine McGraw) return to their hometown of Rome, West Virginia to deal with the aftermath of the possession outbreak. The entire trailer is moderated by Amber, who seems to be talking to Megan (Wrenn) to make her feel better about killing her husband, Mark (David Denman), while possessed. While Amber is talking about the “black things,” we see Reverend Anderson consoling someone on the street, Sheriff Giles (Reg) keeping a close eye on the town he thought he know, and Sydney (Brent) completely unscathed by the fire that burnt down his trailer.
We also get to see Megan who is a complete mess, obviously suffering from some severe PTSD after being possessed. Things get crazy in the end of the trailer, with Kyle tackling someone inside a prison cell, Giles lunging at someone in a creepy close-up shot, and the return of Joshua whose parents have apparently been killed Yikes!
It was also announced that the first season of Outcast will be available to watch on iTunes starting October 31. So if you missed on out Kirkman’s latest series, make sure you check it out before the second season premieres!
