FIGHT! The Buffalo Bills and the New England Patriots got in an intense brawl before their October 2 game, and the footage is insane! Click through to watch their epic battle!
Buffalo Bills safety Robert Blanton pushed New England Patriots quarterback Jacoby Brissett during pregame warmups on Sunday, October 2, on the Patriots home turf, and all hell broke loose from there! It’s unclear why the two started fighting, but the brawl included some brutal shoves and slaps.

From footage of the incident, Jacoby and his teammate, receiver Malcolm Mitchell, were jogging along the sidelines when Robert reached out and pushed Jacoby! The quarterback kept running, but Malcom decided to push Robert back. Other Bills players got involved, and a huge shoving matched ensued. At one point, it looked as though Robert lowered his helmet to ram his head into Malcom.
A Patriots assistant appeared to be shoved as he tried to separate all the players, as well. Eventually, coaches broke up the scuffle, and warm-ups continued. Everything went on as normal after that. Nothing to see here, folks!
Jacoby is the Patriots’ brand new all-star, and more needed than ever, so it’s a relief that he wasn’t hurt this early in the NFL season! You see, Tom Brady is on suspension (DeflateGate, remember?), and Jimmy Garoppolo is out on injury. So it’s all up to Jacoby, now! He’s making history on the field, too, as the first black quarterback to start for the New England Patriots in the team’s history! It’s about time!
The 23-year-old was one of the most promising prospects in the NFL draft. Standing at 6’4″ and weighing in at 235 pounds, it’s tough to beat someone of that size. Talk about a powerhouse. It’s not as if other football players are tiny, but we’re shuddering to think about what that shoving match was like with him in the mix!
