What can’t Odell Beckham Jr. do? The New York Giants superstar is already the NFL’s premiere wide receiver and now, just like his boy Drake once dreamed, number #13 has Views of becoming the next rap star, HollywoodLife.com is EXCLUSIVELY reporting.
What A Time To Be Alive for the incredibly handsome Odell Beckham Jr., 23. Everything he touches, including a football, turns into pure gold. The Baton Rouge, LA, native now wants to explore his talents off the field by grabbing the mic and entering the competitive world of rap. “This guy raps everywhere he goes. On the toilet. In the shower. Locker room. Even in his sleep he’s spitting fire,” a source close to OBJ told HollywoodLife.com.
“Over the summer, he was living with Drake and the two were in the studio and OBJ was dropping bars like vintage Tupac [Shakur] in an effort to convince Drake to sign him OVO,” the source explained. “Even though football seasons well underway, Odell’s been finding time to get in the studio because he’s serious about becoming a rapper!”
Odell’s boys tell us the Head & Shoulders model still has more work to do and that your majesty himself, Drake, 29, is mentoring him. “Odell’s one of those cats that can do anything if he puts his mind to it and he seriously wants to become the next star of rap!”
As HollywoodLife.com previously reported, Odell and Drizzy are pretty much joined at the hip. The two are like brothers and OBJ spent his entire Summer Sixteen under Drake’s wings. “Drake is a good friend,” OBJ revealed to HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “Being able to meet him and hang out, kind of getting to know each other. We have a lot of things in common. I tell him all the time, a lot of his music, it seems as if he is talking directly to me. A lot of the stuff I can apply. He’s definitely one of my favorites out right now.”
