‘Pretty Little Liars’: Marlene King Drops Major Spoiler & Lines From Series Finale

Bless you, Marlene King! The ‘Pretty Little Liars’ showrunner revealed multiple lines from the series finale of the hit show on Sept. 23 and dropped a huge spoiler that will leave your jaw on the floor! Click to see the tweets!

When Marlene King was writing the Pretty Little Liars pilot, she tweeted lines to the fans. Now she’s doing the same for the series finale. She included lines said by Spencer, Alison and Toby. See the lines below.

This is just too good. But Marlene revealed a huge spoiler with her tweet! Toby’s alive! The last time who saw Toby, he had gotten into a horrific car crash with Yvonne. Fans were left wondering if they made it out alive. Well, thank goodness Toby’s still kicking. (But we have a feeling that Yvonne isn’t so lucky.)

Toby’s line is a throwback to one Spencer uttered way back in season 3. “You know what they say about hope. It breeds eternal misery,” Spencer said.

There are a few lines that Marlene doesn’t include the character who says it. “If you don’t stop looking at me like that, I’m never going to be able to say my without the ugly cry,” the lines say. Aria and Ezra are the only couple who’s engaged at the moment, but in my personal opinion, that does not sound like something Aria would say. It sounds more like Hanna! Could Hanna and Caleb end up being the ones who tie the knot?!

Pretty Little Liars season 7 will premiere in April 2017 and will be the show’s last. There are only 10 episodes of the whole show! There are a lot of questions to answer, and it’s going to be one heck of a roller coaster. My head is still spinning from finding out Spencer is Mary Drake’s daughter. We still don’t know who Uber A is, and I’m certain Marlene is saving her best twist for the last possible moment. Bring it on, PLL.

HollywoodLifers, are you sad Pretty Little Liars is ending? Who do you think Uber A is? Let us know!
