Chris Brown’s baby mama Nia Guzman has put her foot down hard. All of Chris’ visits with daughter Royalty must be supervised after his recent arrest for assault with a deadly weapon, a new report claims. Until the case is settled, Chris is NOT allowed to be with Royalty alone.
Nia Guzman, 33, filed a complaint with the Department of Child & Family Services after Chris, 27, was arrested for allegedly pulling a gun on Baylee Curran, 25, on August 30, TMZ reports. Nia has been terribly worried about Royalty’s safety, and that’s why she’s only allowing Chris to have supervised visits.
Nia will not be trying to reduce Chris’ custody, but she truly believes supervised visits are what’s best for Royalty. Nia believes Chris is a good dad, but she thinks he’s hanging with a dangerous crowd. HollywoodLife.com has told you EXCLUSIVELY that Chris’ friends and family are begging Chris to cut out all the bad influences in his life.
Nia’s complaint with DCFS is the reason why child services showed up at Chris’ house on Sept. 22. They showed up to reportedly check on the 2-year-old’s well-being, following Baylee’s accusation that Chris allegedly pulled a gun on her. Chris was supposed to appear in court on Sept. 20, but authorities missed the deadline and still haven’t presented a file to the district attorney.
It was initially reported that Royalty was in the house during the alleged gun incident, but she was not. This must be such a difficult time for Chris. The singer’s main concern — in the midst of everything — is Royalty and only being allowed supervised visits must be killing him. Let’s hope Chris gets everything settled soon so everything can go back to normal for him and Royalty.
