OMG! Panic At The Disco enlisted ‘Stranger Things’ star Noah Schnapp (aka Will Bynes) for their new music video, and it’s actually even creepier than the hit Netflix show. Click inside to watch ‘LA Devotee’!
Stranger Things is totally having a moment, and thanks to Panic! At The Disco that moment is not ending any time soon. In their new music video for “LA Devotee,” child actor Noah Schnapp, 12, appears to be kidnapped by some crazy cult led by P!ATD’s lead singer, Brendon Urie, 29. Crazy!
The eerie video starts off with a little girl in a grass field, who is later abducted by someone wearing a hooded burgundy robe. Then we’re taken to a dark room where Noah, aka Will from Stranger Things, is dressed in all white and strapped into a wooden chair. He’s being recorded by an old-school video camera (like something out of Stranger Things, if I’m being totally honest here), and when Noah wakes up he immediately starts to mouth the words that Brendon is singing. Creepy!
As the video continues, things get even weirder. At one point Noah is held down by three people wearing the hooded robes, and then hook him up to some sort of electrocution device. In the final moments Noah appears to be tortured by the electric waves, and the last thing we see is Brendon pulling on medical gloves before approaching Noah’s limp body. Yikes.
PATD announced their headlining 2017 USA tour on Sept. 22 — be sure to get your tickets here!
