We knew the ‘Stranger Things’ kids stole the show during the Emmys. But what we didn’t know was they totally rocked the house before it even began by performing their own rendition of ‘Uptown Funk’! Click here to see the absolutely adorable video of everyone’s favorite ’80s kids.
Who knew that the Stranger Things kids were musically talented? Well if you didn’t, you do now! Gaten Matarazzo, 13, Millie Bobby Brown, 12, and Caleb McLaughlin, 12, from the hit Netflix series weren’t shy at all when they sang their little hearts out and pounded their feet on the stage in time to Mark Ronson‘s “Uptown Funk,” before the 2016 Emmy Awards began on Sept. 18. The kids took Bruno Mars part in the song and it was EPIC. Hey, Bruno, be proud, not jealous.
But with how talented they are on the show, we really shouldn’t have been surprised by how amazing Gaten, Caleb, and Millie were while singing and dancing. Triple threats, much? The adorable trio had all eyes on them even before this performance, as they wowed on the red carpet at the award show, sporting their fancy duds, just like the grown-ups. Millie even wore a beautiful black Valentino Red dress!
Later in the night, the group continued upping their cuteness factor by coming in on bikes to help host Jimmy Kimmel pass out a bunch of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches to the audience. These kids just kill us! Just wait until next year’s Emmys, when a few of them could be up for some awards. OMG, we’d die if they don’t win.
