“All my One Tree Hill-ers out there, this dance is for you! We’re so excited,” Jana Kramer told E! News about next week’s dance for TV week. Yes, Jana and her partner Gleb Savchenko will be doing a sexy tango to Gavin Degraw‘s “I Don’t Wanna Be.” Of course, Jana starred as the very troubled character, Alex Dupre, from 2009 to 2012 on The CW show, and that’s actually where she kicked off her music career.

So this week the pair, who danced a super sexy waltz on the premiere, will take on “an International Tango full of technique, full of steps,” Gleb said. “We’re going to make Len [Goodman] happy, we’re going to make Carrie Ann [Inaba] and Julianne Hough proud of our dancing. It’s going to be sexy but different. It’s gonna be a strong, sexy, powerful, tango.”
Her partner also revealed that he wasn’t a One Tree Hill fan — he actually had never seen the show; he first referred to it as “Tree One Hill” to Jana!
“I was like, so what kind of show are you in? I’ve never watched the show. I’ve watched about 15 minutes of season seven when Jana was on. I liked it! I watched one scene and that was enough,” he said. “But it was great, I liked it!”
Well we can not wait to see the performance for TV week. We’ve also seen that Sophia Bush, Jana’s One Tree Hill costar and close friend has been supporting her all over social media, something she’s thrilled about.
Jana and Gleb scored a 27 out of 40 in their first dance, and it was a little too steamy for Len. So maybe this week, he’ll be able to handle it! Are you excited for her to bring back One Tree Hill?
