Labor Day is here, and the holiday marks the end of summer — say it ain’t so! Fortunately, we’ve got the best cocktail recipes for you to try this weekend as you close out the season and have one last splash. Cheers!
2 oz. Avión Reposado
1 oz. grapefruit juice
0.25 oz. lime juice
0.25 oz. Agave nectar
Shake all ingredients with ice and double-strain into a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with a mint sprig.
Berry Explosive Raspado

4 parts Milagro Silver
1 part fresh lime juice
2 parts Agave Nectar
4 Fresh Mint Leaves
6 dashes Peach Bitters
Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Fill two glasses with crushed or shaved ice and pour over. Top with raspberries and blueberries.
Sparkling Blood Orange Cocktail

¼ cup crème de cassis
1 ½ cups strained fresh blood orange juice
1 750-ml bottle chilled sparking white wine
8 blood orange slices
Start with 1 1/2 teaspoons crème de cassis. Add 3 tablespoons juice to each glass. Fill each glass with sparkling white wine, then stir gently. Garnish cocktails with slices of blood orange.
BACARDÍ Maestro Blackberry Bramble
2 parts BACARDÍ Gran Reserva Maestro de Ron
1 part lemon juice
0.5 part simple syrup
0.5 part Crème de Mure
Shake the first three ingredients vigorously with plenty of ice, strain into a glass, and drizzle Crème de Mure on top. Garnish with basil and blackberry skewer. Novice bartenders can opt to garnish the cocktail with a lemon wheel or lemon peel (in place of the blackberry skewer and basil, which might be more suitable for advanced/experienced bartenders).
1 ¼ parts Bache Gabrielsen Natur & Elegance VSOP
1 – 1 ¼ parts raisin syrup (simple syrup with raisins)
¾ part lemon juice
5-6 green grapes
Put all the ingredients in a shaker. Then muddle and shake before straining into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a pear boat with stalk.
2 parts Maker’s 46® Bourbon
1 part St-Germain® Liqueur
10 fresh blueberries
Muddle the St.-Germain and blueberries together in a glass. Add ice and the Maker’s 46™ Bourbon. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
The Spectacular Moscow Mule
2 oz. Kettle One Vodka
Half a lime
4 oz Q Ginger Beer
Fill a tall glass with ice — if you want to get extra fancy, use a copper mug. Add vodka and squeeze the lime over it. Drop the lime in the glass and add the Q Ginger Beer. Stir to mix.

2oz Green Juice (kale, cucumber, ginger, celery, citrus)
Mint leaves (4-5 sprigs)
3/4oz Simple Syrup
2oz Greenhook Gin
1oz lime juice
Place the mint leaves in first followed by the simple syrup and then muddle the lime wedges, add green juice. Add the Gin and rocks ice and shake and dump all ingredients into an empty rocks glass. Garnish with mint.
Spiked Watermelon Mint Limeade
1 cup watermelon
3-4 mint leaves
1/2 cup limeade
1 oz vodka
1 can Lemon Lime Twist Zevia
Mix 1 cup cubed watermelon and 3-4 chopped mint leaves in a blender until juiced. Fill your glass of choice with ice, add in 1/2 cup of the watermelon/mint juice, 1/2 cup of limeade, and one shot of vodka. Top off with Lemon Lime Twist Zevia to add the perfect hint of carbonation and balance. Give it a stir and add some mint and watermelon as a garnish. Enjoy!
1 Can of Cherry-Ahh-Rita
1/2 Cup Simple Syrup
1 Cup Limeade
Juice of 2 Fresh Limes
In a large pitcher, combine 1 can of Cherry-Ahh-Rita with limeade, simple syrup and juice from two limes. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and pop in the freezer for at least 6 hours (best if overnight). After popsicles are thoroughly frozen, run popsicle mold under warm water for 10 seconds to loosen from the mold. Pop each popsicle out of the mold one at a time and enjoy!
