“Everybody literally thinks I’ve had plastic surgery. My mom’s family call her and they’re like, ‘Did Hailey do her lips? Did she do her nose?’ Do people want me to go to a doctor and have them examine my face so they can tell people I haven’t?” Hailey, 19, tells the new issue of the U.K.’s ES magazine. But her stunning face hasn’t had the help of any needles or knives to look the way it does, as time simply worked its wonders on her. “My face has just matured. I grew into my looks. I do look different than I did when I was younger, but it’s still the same face.”

Hailey’s enviable plump lips have caused her to be the subject of rumors that she’s had a little help from fillers, especially after Kylie Jenner, 19, made plumped up puckers the most sought after body part since sister Kim Kardashian‘s ample booty. She was spotted out in Jan. with a noticeably larger pout than she had while spending New Years 2016 with Justin Bieber, 22, but we’ll take her at her word that she’s all natural. She’s such a gorgeous girl that she definitely doesn’t need any work to change a thing on her face!

Besides her plastic surgery rumors, the beauty also revealed to the magazine what it’s like to be under the Instagram microscope, and she has such a mature take on how to handle all the attention. “This generation has a lot of eyes on them. Everybody my age struggles with insecurities, so take that and multiply it by seven million people. There are people much older than me saying horrible things, who have no business paying attention to what a 19-year-old does. It’s not the best feeling in the world. But it comes with the job, so you just have to accept it and move on.” What a refreshing attitude! It’s certainly a far cry from her ex Justin, who infamously quit Instagram in a massive hissy fit.
