More details of Chris Brown’s visit to jail have come to light. The singer was apparently tested for drugs after he was taken into custody on Aug. 30, and his accuser, Baylee Curran, has also implied that Chris was under the influence when he allegedly threatened her with a gun.
Chris Brown, 27, had to submit to a drug test in jail on Aug. 30, TMZ reports. Law enforcement sources told the outlet that Chris had to give a blood sample at the jail, and others told the site that “there were drugs at the house” when he allegedly threatened Baylee Curran with a weapon — which means that the authorities’ search might have been successful. Well, that would explain a lot.
Baylee also claimed in an interview with TMZ that when Chris was hanging out with her and the other people at his house, the “Loyal” singer appeared to be “out of it” on “drugs or alcohol”. As we previously told you, if reports that drugs were present at Chris’ house are true, he could face up to three years in jail if convicted. Scary stuff!
Reports following the Aug. 30 catastrophe claimed that Chris threw a duffel bag out of his window during a standoff with the police, refusing to leave his house as he taunted the cops, saying “come and get me”. Sources who were present claim that officials found guns and drugs in the duffel bag that had been tossed from the singer’s home; however, he was arrested later that night for assault with a deadly weapon — not drugs.
