The next generation of the NBA has arrived! Shaquille O’Neal’s two sons have clearly inherited the basketball gene, and they proved it in an epic pick-up game. Click through to watch!
Remember the names Shareef O’Neal, 16, and Shaquir O’Neal, because we’re certain that they’ll be following in their legendary father’s footsteps when they’re all grown up! Shaq‘s two boys took on Jason “White Chocolate” Williams‘ awesome son, Jaxon Williams, and some other friends, in a fun pick-up game at their dad’s Orlando house. Of course Shaq has his own full-sized practice basketball court within arm’s reach!
The most impressive part of this video is that this isn’t a serious match. The boys are clearly just there to have some fun together, and get in a bit of practice. And yet, they’re all incredible. It’s not just Shareef and Shaquir who have such insane chops; the other kids are damn good, too. Talk about winning the genetic lottery; their predestined to kill on the court!
In fact, Shareef has already been named as one of the players to watch for in 2018, when he graduates from high school. At already 6’9″ and 204 lbs, the power forward is slaying at Winward High School in Los Angeles. It’s a given he’d do the same afterward. He already has offers from seven colleges: USC, UCLA, LSU, Kansas State, Cal, Baylor, and Arizona State. Several other colleges have expressed their interest, too! Damn!
We’re not sure why their pick-up game was being professionally filmed, but it’s a nice memory for the kids. If Shareef and Shaquir wind up following their dad, then there’s one question we have: Kazaam 2? Keep us posted, guys!
