Shots fired! As usual, Amy Schumer didn’t hold back when Howard Stern asked her opinion on the Met Gala, and she revealed that she thinks the whole thing is ridiculous — and that she told Beyonce that she won’t go again. LISTEN to the comedian slam the hugest event in fashion right here!
Amy Schumer, 35, admitted in a shocking interview with Howard Stern on his Sirius XM show on Aug. 23 that attending the Met Gala this year felt “like a punishment”. Whoa! “It’s people doing an impression of having a conversation,” she said. “I don’t like the farce…we’re dressed up like a bunch of f*cking a**holes. I don’t like it. I have no interest in fashion…I don’t care.” Well, considering that Amy just graced the July cover of Vogue magazine, she can’t hate it that much!
Amy also remembered sharing her thoughts with Beyonce at the ball in May. “I got to meet Beyonce and she was like, ‘Is this your first Met Gala?’ And I was like, ‘It’s my last’,” Amy said. We won’t hold her to it!

Later, the comedian told Howard a hilarious story about her drug dealing failure. “I was the worst drug dealer. I would run out of the little bags, so I would just use a huge Hefty bag,” Amy joked about her pot-selling days. “I became a weed dealer and a shoplifter because I deserve nice things,” she added. Priceless!
Despite her apparent hatred of the Met Gala, we’ve got to say that Amy looked absolutely stunning at it. She wore a fire engine red Alexander Wang gown with a huge slit, and topped best-dressed lists everywhere.
