Tyga is in financial trouble yet again! Another landlord is out to get money from the rapper, as he apparently trashed a $186,000 apartment he rented. Get the details right here!
F&S Investment Properties has slammed Tyga with $186,275.89 in charges for the damage he did to a rental space, according to documents obtained by TMZ. While it’s unclear when this happened, the docs say Tyga left the place in “ruins,” pouring ink down the drain and various other major tenant violations. And the worst part? He was renting the space for his company, Egypt Last Kings Clothing — talk about making your business look bad!
Tyga has been known to not pay money he owes (at least not right away), but he might not be able to get away with that this time around. If he doesn’t pay, F&S’ lawyers will take him to court and question him about his finances. That is, if Tyga is going to even show up!
The last time a landlord tried to get Tyga in court, the rapper skipped the session for Kylie Jenner‘s birthday vacation to Turks & Caicos. Not exactly helping your case, buddy! That time was much more serious, as Tyga was charged $480k versus the latest $186k judgment. But either way, Tyga has made it pretty clear he’s not a reliable tennant whatsoever!
As if the housing debt isn’t bad enough, Tyga is also under fire for stealing some jewelry from famous jeweler Jason of Beverly Hills. The company’s owner Jason Arasheben claims that Tyga never paid him for a gold and diamond encrusted chain and watch set — another $200k in the hole for Tyga!
Although Tyga eventually paid the money to the first landlord that came forward, there are still many companies and people like Jason waiting to get paid back by the “Rack City” rapper. He’s already had a warrant out for his arrest, so Tyga better start paying up…surely Kylie doesn’t want a man who’s behind bars!
HollywoodLifers, do you think Tyga will pay the money he owes this time? Should he go to jail as punishment? Tell us below!
