DMX, 45, and his longtime girlfriend Desiree Lindstrom are now the parents of a son named, Exodus Simmons, according to TMZ. Aww! Their darling little one was born healthy and happy at 6lbs, 10 oz in New York City. Luckily, the “Where The Hood At” rapper has plenty of experience, since he’s already fathered 14 children from other relationships. But, that doesn’t make this time any less exciting, as the doting daddy called the birth of his new son “a blessing.”
Unfortunately, the “X Gon’ Give It To Ya” rapper was performing at The Pressroom in Phoenix, Arizona when his girlfriend went into labor. Even though his concert was turned up, he wasn’t about to skip out on meeting his new little boy, so he actually zoomed over to the Big Apple immediately. Way to go!

Rumors of Desiree’s pregnancy first surfaced in May, when photos of her growing baby bump began to flood the web. Now that it’s confirmed, we’re so excited to see that their fam has officially expanded! Woohoo! DMX previously dished about fathering children with nine women, during a candid interview with The Breakfast Club. When he was asked about whether his kids knew each other, he said, “Some of them have met others.” The rapper explained, “I ain’t a total piece of s***. I ain’t have kids in the same county. Yeah, I snipped up. I got a few in New York; I got a few in Cali.” My, oh my. Looks like he will have to be happy with 15 babies after being snipped up.
