Ever wonder how Bella Thorne stays so fit? We finally figured it out! The Disney star shared her secrets on Snapchat during a rigorous workout and we’re so excited to try these exercises out. It’s never too late to get started!
Bella Thorne, 18, always looks so flawless — whether she’s walking down the red carpet or on the big screen. But how does she stay so fit and healthy? The star let us tune in on her crazy workout through Snapchat, of course!
Bella snapped some of the exercises she uses to keep her gorgeous abs tight and toned. If you haven’t already, add her on Snapchat (@bellathornedab) so you can follow along too. Bella started off with some cardio on the elliptical, which is a great way to get your blood pumping, warm your muscles up and boost your metabolism. Next, she worked her legs with some squats, stepping to the left and right while bring her arms up and down using weights.
She followed that with her first ab-targeted exercise, stepping up on a short stool and bringing her knee all the way up to her elbow. This helps tighten your inner core while also working out your glutes. Always a must! After that, the star balanced on a stability ball while doing traditional squats. This is a great way to work on your abs, helping them contract so they can stay toned and fabulous! Then we see Bella kicking up her knees, making sure they reach the tip of her elbow. This is definitely a tough one, but she does it so effortlessly.
Finally, she shows us her fourth ab exercise, where she lies flat on her back and brings her leg all the way up to meet with her opposite hand while holding a weight. We can only imagine the burn she must feel in her abs, but that must mean it’s working.
