Drake and Eminem ended their reported feud by performing a duet at Drake’s Aug. 16 show in Detroit, and now Rihanna wants in on the action. HollywoodLife.com has learned that RiRi would be overjoyed to pull off a surprise performance onstage that involves the three artists — wouldn’t you just die to see that?!
A source tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that Rihanna, 28, would “love to get on stage and perform with both of them this year when Drake comes to Los Angeles in September”. Well, looks like someone had a little bit of FOMO over the epic duet that went down in Michigan. Drake is playing three nights at the Staples Center in September with Future, and we can’t even think of how crazy it would be if he brought along Rihanna and Eminem, 43.
“A performance like that is something that would have Rihanna in tears, because she has so much respect and admiration for both men,” the insider adds. “She’s hinting to Drake about making it happen again and keeping it on the ultimate DL in order to send shockwaves through hip hop.” Well, someone let the cat out of the bag! Of course, Rihanna recorded the iconic “Love The Way You Lie” with Eminem, so we could see some sort of mashup happening with that and a Drake song. Hey, doesn’t hurt to dream!
ICYMI, Drizzy surprised the crowd at the Joe Lewis Arena by bringing out Eminem to share the stage for the hit “Forever”. He referred to him as the ‘greatest rapper of all time’, definitively putting feud rumors to rest while making history as one of the best live rap collabs ever.
