Kerri Walsh Jennings and April Ross are one step closer to bringing home Olympic gold for Team U.S.A. as the 5-0 duo prepares to face-off against Brazil in the semifinal round — and their fierce moves in the sand aren’t the only reason we’re taking notice! Kerri and April showed off their incredible, toned physique while competing in the Rio Olympics and we can’t get over their athletic figures.
Kerri Walsh Jennings, 38, and April Ross, 34, are gearing up to compete against Brazil in the beach volleyball semifinals on Aug. 16, where Walsh Jennings will go for her fourth straight Olympic gold medal. The defending gold medalist and her beach volleyball partner of three years, April, defeated Australia in a midnight match at Copacabana Beach, which began on Kerri’s 38th birthday — now that’s one way to celebrate! They currently
hold a 5-0 record in the 2016 Rio Olympics — and we can’t wait to watch them defend their undefeated Olympic run.
It’s almost impossible to miss their incredible figures as they jump and dive in the sand, showing off their impressive, defined abs and toned arms and legs — they’re in incredible shape and it shows in their patriotic uniforms. While they rock a standard pair of briefs and top, Team U.S.A. also has been known to accessorize their look, really making the uniform their own as they layer thin bracelets and necklaces. Kerri often is decked out in Mi&Ro jewels while April dons a silver Elsa Peretti for Tiffany Open Heart Pendant around her neck as she competes.
Up next, the dynamic duo will take on reigning world champions from Brazil, Agatha and Barbara, who entered the Olympics ranked No. 2 in the world, while Walsh Jennings and Ross came in at No. 3.
