We all have that one song that makes us cry, and for Kendall Jenner, it’s Adele’s “Make You Feel Love.” On Aug. 7, the singer sold out a fully-packed Staples Center in LA, but she struck a special nerve with one V.I.P guest in particular. Watch Kendall’s heartfelt concert video below.
Dressed in a sheer top and ripped jeans, Kendall Jenner, 20, hit the town with bestie Hailey Baldwin to watch Adele, 28, in concert on Aug. 7. Her outfit was accessorized with orange lipstick and a furry purse, but she forgot to bring one key item — tissues! Whether you’ve heard Adele say “Hello” on the radio or in concert, you know she means serious business. Her music might not be popular at the clubs, but for young women searching for “the one,” Adele is like a beacon of hope to finding true love. Amongst the sea of lit-up cell phones, Kendall gave into her emotions and let the tears fall as she listened to Adele’s beautiful words. Watch Kendall’s video below.
Even though you can’t see the sobbing supermodel, we bet she probably didn’t want to take a selfie because her mascara was running — and she’s not the only one! Other celebrities who have shed tears over Adele’s music include Katy Perry and Kate Hudson, who went so far as to post a selfie of herself crying into a pillow with the caption, “When Adele puts out a new single… She’s done it again!” What’s interesting is that Adele claims she suffering from stage fright, “I puke quite a lot before going onstage,” she told Billboard, but you would never be able to tell! Now that’s true talent.
But if Adele thinks the Staples Center draws a huge crowd, just wait until the Super Bowl! Rumors and reports are now swirling that Adele will perform at the 2017 halftime show, one of the most televised events in TV history. Super Bowl 50 brought in 167 million viewers, according to the NFL, who reportedly want Adele because, in their eyes, she’s the hottest singer out there. “There is nobody bigger in the world than Adele right now and organizers are doing absolutely everything they can to try to persuade her to sign up,” told the NFL to The Sun. Football’s official season doesn’t start until Sept., but it’s already tracking SO MUCH HEAT.
HollywoodLifers, would you watch the Super Bowl just to see Adele perform?
