Amber Heard and Johnny Depp’s domestic violence case is far from finished! The actress is claiming that she has medical proof of Johnny’s alleged abuse, and she’s totally ready to use it against him. Get the details right here!
If Johnny Depp and Amber Heard‘s divorce case goes to trial, the 53-year-old actor could really be in trouble. His estranged wife, 30, has evidence that she had to get medical care for a supposed previous domestic violence incident between herself and Johnny, and Amber has every intention of showing it in court. This includes a picture from 2014 in which Amber is holding pills and medical records, according to TMZ, which her lawyer plans to link back to domestic violence.
In addition to the medical evidence, Amber also has videos and audio clips of Johnny and herself interacting in their home. While its unclear exactly how much proof these audio and video clips entail or when they were taken, Amber seems pretty confident that she can bring Johnny down!
While the status of their case is still unknown, if Amber and Johnny do go to court, she’s already prepared with her lineup of witnesses too. Her seven-person list — which her lawyer Samantha Spector recently submitted — includes Amber’s good friend Raquel Pennington as well as Raquel’s boyfriend, Joshua Drew. The couple was apparently in Johnny and Amber’s apartment building on May 21, the night that Amber claims Johnny had abused her.
When it comes to Johnny’s list of witnesses, he has a whopping 23 versus Amber’s 7. It’s unclear who exactly Johnny plans to bring to the stand in his defense, but clearly he’s just as prepared to fight back against Amber as she is to rat him out!
