Oh yeah! Miles Teller got wet and probably a little buzzed after playing Slip and Flip on ‘The Tonight Show.’ Jimmy Fallon broke out the fun summer game especially for the ‘War Dogs’ star so click through to see who came out on top!
Miles Teller, 29, rocked his new blonde look — don’t worry, it’s only for a movie role — when he stopped by The Tonight Show Aug. 4 to promote his new action-comedy War Dogs. But it was his amazing game of Slip and Flip that everyone’s going to be talking about. Jimmy Fallon, 41, first brought out the epic summer drinking game back in June when Liam Hemsworth stopped by, but he broke it out again so he could have a fun competition and bro-out with his buddy Miles.
The premise is a combo of playing flip cup with a slip and slide, where both Jimmy and Miles wore jumpsuits as they slid down the wet rubber track to a table of solo cups. Upon arriving, they had to down beer then get the cup to flip. They raced back and forth and the first to knock out all six cups wins. Miles was already yelling “woot” before it began and was SO ready to play. He’s obviously a pro at flip cup as he tore through the course and flipping his at a laser fast speed, totally crushing Jimmy and leaving the host in the dust!
During his interview, Miles asked the crowd what they thought of his new blonde ‘do and the audience went wild to his delight. He said that unfortunately after he debuted the look at the ESPYs, the Twittersphere got on a hate train about it and he totally took notice. He said one girl tweeted “Did you get in a fight with a radioactive mayonnaise truck?” and that “One girl said ‘Eww, I’m dead, bye.'” OUCH!
He also shared his hidden talent for singing and revealed how he recently performed with Keith Urban, 48, in New Mexico. Miles met him when he did his first film The Rabbit Hole with the singer’s wife Nicole Kidman, 49, and they became pals. Keith is on tour and was playing nearby where Miles is filming and rang him up and asked him to come sing with him. While he was reluctant to do it, Miles said his girlfriend told him he’d regret it forever if he passed up the chance. Sure enough, Jimmy produced video of Miles onstage with Keith singing along to the classic “My Girl,” and yep, Miles crushed it!
