Jordan and Aaron Rodgers’ rift was completely exposed on ‘The Bachelorette,’ but now that he’s won the show and is engaged to JoJo Fletcher, will all that change? Jordan revealed the latest in a new interview!
When asked if Aaron Rodgers, the quarterback for the Green Bay Packers would be invited to his wedding to JoJo Fletcher, Jordan was quick to answer with “absolutely.”
“There’s no scenario in which I wouldn’t want my entire family at a wedding,” the 27-year-old told reporters on a conference call following The Bachelorette finale. “That’s something all of our family wants and hopes for at some point.”
However, on After the Final Rose it was clear that Jordan and JoJo did not want to talk about Aaron, and admitted nothing has changed since the show. So, did Jordan regret speaking about it on reality TV?
“No, you know, I went into this knowing that it was a TV show, and that I only had a small opportunity on camera to tell JoJo everything that I needed to in order to get to a place where we can be engaged, and family stuff is part of that,” he said. “We’re focusing on moving, getting my bags, getting settled in a place and then getting our families together, getting our friends together. That’s what we’re really looking forward to.”
You may remember that toward the end of The Bachelorette, Aaron spoke out about the show for the first time.
“I haven’t seen the show, to be honest with you, so it hasn’t really affected me a whole lot,” he told WISN 12 News on July 26. As far as those kinds of things go, I’ve always found that it’s a little inappropriate to talk publicly about some family matter, so I’m just… I’m not going to speak on those things, but I wish him well in the competition.”
Well, the competition went well for Jordan! So HollywoodLifers, do you think Aaron will come to the wedding? Should he? Let us know!
