The more Ezra Miller, the better! Batman isn’t the only ‘Justice League’ character to appear in ‘Suicide Squad.’ Ezra’s The Flash will also be making a surprise cameo!
The surprise cameo was revealed in Suicide Squad press notes from critics screenings the studio has been holding, according to our sister site Deadline. The notes don’t give any specifics about The Flash’s cameo. Ezra, 23, likely filmed the spot during Suicide Squad reshoots.
Ezra made a shocking cameo in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, giving fans a first look at his version of The Flash. He was recently featured in the first trailer for Justice League, and he was a total scene-stealer. Many were stunned when Ezra was first cast as The Flash, especially since Grant Gustin, 26, currently plays him on The CW, but he proved he’s the perfect person for the film version. He’s quick-witted and super smart — just like The Flash should be!
Ezra is currently filming Justice League. Right after he finishes, he’ll start production on The Flash’s standalone movie, which is set to be released in 2018. Ezra got super buff for the role — he’s nearly unrecognizable!
Could more Justice League characters show up in Suicide Squad? It definitely wouldn’t surprise us to see Gal Gadot’s Wonder Woman show up in the film. But what we really want to see is who The Flash interacts with in his special scene. Seriously, who’s hoping he comes face-to-face with The Joker?
Suicide Squad may be about the villains, but the heroes keep on coming! Ben Affleck’s Batman makes an appearance in the film, and in the clip that’s been released, he’s after The Joker! Suicide Squad hits theaters on Aug. 5.
