Uh oh! Taylor Swift terrified that Kimye will find a way to edit the tape about her giving permission to rap about her in ‘Famous’ into making it appear that she approved being called a ‘b*tch.’ HollywoodLife.com has EXCLUSVIVE details on how she’s being very cautious about her next move when it comes to going up against the power couple.
“At this point Taylor does not know what to expect, she feels like they are capable of anything. She wouldn’t even be shocked if they pulled some sort of shady editing to make it look like she agreed to stuff that she didn’t. Taylor feels like she’s at war with monsters, it’s very scary,” a source tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. The conversation between Taylor Swift, 26, and Kanye West, 39, supposedly lasted up to an hour and there’s plenty of audio from 35-year-old Kim Kardashian‘s Snapchat of the convo that hasn’t been played so who knows what else is on the tape that they could spring on the singer.
“She wants to stand up for herself but she’s also afraid of dragging it on, in some ways suing them is just going to be giving them what they want. But she is very clear that she had no idea that the call was being recorded, which means she can go after them in court,” our insider adds. “Right now Taylor‘s taking the time to decide if she wants to keep the negativity going and sue them or just try to put this behind her. She does really want to clear her name though, so the word is she’s leaning towards suing.”
After Kimye’s epic takedown of Taylor with the audiotape of her agreeing to be mentioned in “Famous,” something that she previously said never happened, it’s probably for the best if she just shakes this off. Even though she has every right to clear her name, suing Kim and Kanye will only make them go off on her more so and that’s the last thing she needs at this point. We’re sure she’ll find a way at payback though!
HollywoodLifers, do you think Taylor should go ahead with a lawsuit against Kim and Kanye? Or should she just put this all behind her?
