Boosie is blunt! The rapper goes off on a wild homophobic rant during an interview and claims TV is turning kids gay. He goes on for minutes about the topic and his remarks are anything but subtle. Watch him here!
Boosie, 33, has a lot of opinions and he doesn’t care who knows it! The rapper recently sat down for an interview and went on a wild tirade for minutes about how kids are forced to be gay by TV. He goes in depth about his feelings and even mentions what he would do if he found out his son was gay. This can’t end well…
Things got pretty crazy when rapper, Boosie sat down for an interview with DJ Vlad on June 30. Apparently the father-of-three has very adamant feelings about what television is actually doing to kids these day.
He went off on a homophobic rant after being asked about a statement he wrote on Instagram back in 2015 that said, “…come home, every time I turn on the TV, gay sh-t. I try to watch Love & Hip Hop, gay sh-t. Try to watch Empire, gay sh-t. Watching a cartoon doing gay shit. A f–king cartoon. Kids watch TV.” DJ Vlad then asked him what his take on that exact statement was these days and that’s when Boosie went off.
“They’re [TV] trying to make everybody f–king gay…They’re putting it on our culture…Gay stuff is everywhere,” Boosie said. “They have gays on cartoons, like these are kids. Let kids make their own decision if they want to go that way…What if they like how that cartoon talk? Now you’re forcing them to be gay”
Boosie claims he’s gotten backlash before from this kind of talk, after saying “It’s out of hand.” He goes on to speak about his own upbringing. “It wasn’t like that when I was coming up,” the rapper claims. “The Ninja Turtles wasn’t kissing…They didn’t have two men on The Flintstones kissing…The Jetsons wasn’t kissing.”
But, Boosie thinks money is involved for the exposure. He goes on to explain, “They’re [TV] doing it for monetary gain. They’re not doing it because they love the gays or because they got love for the gays…They doing it bring another avenue in to make money off these people.”
He continued, “If you want to be gay that’s your decision. That shouldn’t be put on a child, who’s mind is not developed to think for themselves anyway at that age.” The rapper even predicted the future in his rant saying claiming in 10 years half our population will be gay.
Aside from his controversial remarks, Boosie does claim that he does not “hate gay people at all.” The conversation takes a slight turn when he is asked how he would react if one of his kids approached him and said, “Dad I’m gay.” The 33-year-old unapologetically said, “Well I’ll probably slap his ass back straight. If I couldn’t do nothing about it — but first I’ma try and slap his ass back straight. I’ma kick his ass, and maybe he’ll realize that he’s not gay. But if I can’t stop him from being gay, I’m not going to ban my son from my life.”
