Say what? Tyga is taking a huge step after reuniting with Kylie Jenner. The financially troubled rapper, is moving to a bigger and better house in Bel-Air, and you won’t believe who is neighbors will be!
Tyga, 26, will literally be closer to Kylie Jenner, 18, than ever before! The rapper is moving into a new luxurious home in Bel-Air and it just so happens to be on the same block as Kim Kardashian, 35, and Kanye West, 39! Kimye, say hello to your new neighbor!
If you want to show your girlfriend how serious you are about becoming part of the family, just buy a house close to her sister like Tyga! The rapper reportedly locked in a $46,500 per month rent for a home near the Kimye estate, according to TMZ. Whoa, that’s a lot of cash!
And Tyga is definitely going big with his new pad. The 12,800 square foot home is fit for a king, fully loaded with a pool, gourmet kitchen, fire pit, and elevator. We can totally see Kylie enjoying a little dip in the pool once he gets settled!
It’s so good Tyga is getting a new place instead of rushing to move in with his on-again girlfriend, but we have to say, this seems like a huge step, especially considering the rapper’s rocky history with his finances. Tyga has ended up on the wrong end of a lot of lawsuits. Only one year ago in June 2015, he was facing a lawsuit from his previous landlord for not paying rent on his $2.7 million home in Calabasas. It got so bad, the landlord even tried to evict Tyga, and a judge ordered him to pay $80,000 back in rent. That had to have hurt his bank account! And in addition to rent trouble, Tyga has also encountered financial woes with his car, when it was reportedly repossessed after he failed to pay the car note, according to TMZ.
So with all of these financial issues, it seriously shocking to see him moving into yet another grand home so soon. But this big move might be another sweet gesture to Kylie now that they have reunited. Hopefully Kim and Kanye will offer their new neighbor some great advice too!
HollywoodLifers, do you think Tyga should have spent that much on his new home?
