Kourtney Kardashian, 37, has been working hard in the gym, and her amazing results don’t lie. The reality TV star (and mom of three!) stepped out in LA with sister Kim Kardashian to attend the party for the GQ 10th Annual Love Sex and Madness Issue on June 28, looking more toned than ever. By now, it’s no secret that Kourtney has been training with Don Brooks, creator of the Don-A-Matrix method. Don, who also works with Fergie, created a workout so successful for Kourt that even Kim has reportedly been working with the trainer to lose the 60 lbs she gained while pregnant with son Saint West.
According to E! News, Kourt works out three to five times each week for 45-minute to one hour sessions following Don’s method. “The Don-A-Matrix Method is set up to resemble a sports game format consisting of four quarters. Each quarter has 3 sets of two different exercises, combined with rest or relief periods after each quarter,” Don said.
Kourtney has even shown us the exact exercises behind her toned body, sharing her daily workouts on Snapchat. Sometimes recruiting sis Khloe Kardashian in on her workouts, no matter who she’s training with, Kourt’s routine includes several staple moves — sit-ups, weighted kickbacks, jumping rope, weighted squats and the Stairmaster.
In addition to her intense workouts, Kourt’s new slim down can also be credited to her healthy diet. Sticking to organic foods, Kourtney often shares her favorite meals like her no-carb signature salad, which is made with avocado, hard-boiled eggs, chicken and tomato. Even when she does have a cheat meal, like pancakes, she switches up the recipe for a high-protein take on the breakfast favorite.
