That day was supposed to be June 27, 2016, but that didn’t happen. Instead, Taylor’s life was stolen from her, along with her little sister Madison, by their deranged mother just three days before the ceremony. Taylor and her fiancee had been together a long time for college students – a full four years. After two, Juan gave Taylor a gorgeous diamond promise ring. The lovely girl was supposed to get married in a small ceremony today, and then a larger celebration after she graduated from college. Unfortunately, her betrothed is left to mourn her now, instead of celebrating their love.
Taylor and Madison already felt like members of the Lugo family, despite not being married yet. Juan Sebastian’s sister Maria took to Facebook to post a tribute to the girls on what would have been the couple’s anniversary. “Yall were part of our family, and that will never change,” she began. “The greatest in-laws any one could ever have, and the sweetest, most wholesome and caring girls in my life. I look up to y’all so much. Y’all were a light in the midst of this crazy world. We will love you two until the end of time.” Our hearts go out to the family during this devastating time.
