Wow. Just wow. What a beautiful, slow moment in such a hectic show! Chloe x Halle brought the 70s to the BET Awards stage, the sisters wearing ruffled orange caftan, and a peasant blouse and bell bottoms, respectably. It was just the two of them up onstage, playing guitar and keyboard. And it was magical. “Drop” is definitely going to be stick in our heads all night!

We’re so in awe of these talented ladies. Chloe and Halle are so poised and self-assured for being teenagers; not to mention, they put on one hell of a performance! Beyonce took them under her wing and signed them to her Parkwood Entertainment label after seeing what they accomplished as musicians when they were just tots. So cute!
With Beyonce behind them, Chloe x Halle can do anything. And even without her, it’s clear that their talent is truly unique and ample enough to make them bonafide stars! Their 2016 BET Awards performance proved that! Hopefully they got a pep talk from the Queen herself backstage, since Beyonce gave a surprise performance at the top of the show! Bey, her Formation dancers, and Kendrick Lamar opened the show with “Freedom.” Obviously, it was one of the best moments of the night!
