The Cleveland Cavaliers are so close to winning the NBA Finals that LeBron James can taste it! It all comes down to Game 7 and HollywoodLife.com has the EXCLUSIVE scoop on LeBron’s strategy to win the big game!
It’s amazing how LeBron James, 31, has led the Cleveland Cavaliers to the verge of winning the team’s first NBA Championship. With Game 7 looming, HollywoodLife.com has EXCLUSIVELY learned how LeBron plans to shut down Stephen Curry, 28, and the rest of the Golden State Warriors to bring the championship trophy back to Cleveland.
“LeBron is telling teammates that they need to start out strong and not take their foot off the gas when it comes to Game 7,” a source close to the Cavs star EXCLUSIVELY tells HollywoodLife.com. “He expects not only the crowd but the refs to favor Golden State on their home court in the deciding Game 7.”
The refs were certainly a thorn in Steph’s side during Game 6 in Cleveland. The NBA MVP was ejected after fouling out! This upset Steph and he whipped his mouth guard at a fan in frustration, before watching his squad lose the game, 115 to 101. Though he’d love for it to happen again, King James is not expecting the refs at the Oracle Arena in Oakland to be that harsh on the Dubs.
“He wants to make an early statement and blow them out!” the source said, noting how LeBron scored more than 40 points in both Games 5 and 6. “But that will happen with their play on the court because again he doesn’t think the refs will offer him and the Cavs any favors.”
LeBron may want to also plan on steering clear of Steph during Game 7, as the Golden State star is furious over his rival’s trash talk! “He wishes that he would have hit LeBron square in the face with his mouth guard,” a source EXCLUSIVELY tells HollywoodLife.com, adding that Steph is going to “leave his soul” on the court in the last game of the NBA Finals.
No word if Golden State super fan Roni Rose, 27, will show up to the game after she dissed Steph. His wife, Ayesha Curry, 27, may choose to sit this game out at home after she blew up at the NBA over the Game 6 loss. Ayesha said the game was “rigged,” and defended her husband’s anger. Golden State’s coach, Steve Kerr, 50, also joined in, saying Steph had every right to be angry! However, if Steph loses his chill during Game 7, it will likely hand the championship over to LeBron and the Cavs.
Do you think LeBron’s strategy will work, HollywoodLifers? Who do you think will win the NBA Finals?
