Everyone gets excited for prom – even The Rock! He and Jimmy Fallon went looking for dance partners during a skit on ‘The Tonight Show’ on June 16, and the hilarious results can be summed up in one word: ‘Ermahgerd!’ Click to watch.
Ermahgerd, it’s totally time for Prom! Jimmy Fallon, 41, and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, 44, donned their tuxes and hit up the event in search of dances. Sadly, things get a bit awkward and both mashed potatoes and Beyonce, 34, get involved. Really.
“Senior Prom – 2016! This is what it’s all about, bro!” Jimmy shouted during the skit on the June 16 episode of The Tonight Show. While Jimmy and The Rock looked sweet in their tuxes, the hunky Furious 7 star was sporting an awkward pair of braces!
This dental bling didn’t stop The Rock from hitting on a couple of girls. Yet, despite having muscles to spare, Dwayne struck out — ermahgerd! No, that’s exactly what he said. “Ermahgerd, Britney. May I have this dernce? You’re like Beyonce. Hershtag. Lemonade,” he said. It’s no surprise that the lady ran far, far away from the Baywatch movie hunk.
As awkward as that was, it was nothing compared to Jimmy’s offer to make a girl some “mashed potatoes” by chewing up potato chips in his mouth. Ugh, gross! It seems Jimmy was still thinking about the disgusting time he had when Liam Hemsworth, 26, dropped by the show.
Things didn’t get any better for the two, as they had a “boner alert” with another girl. Speaking of out of control boners, Nick Jonas, 23, told Jimmy about how the time he had to attend an award shows while hiding a “no apparent reason boner.” Nick even demonstrated how he covered his erection up, which obviously came in handy for Jimmy and Rock during this skit.
After striking out with the ladies for the last time, Jimmy and The Rock realized that they didn’t need dates to have a blast at prom. The two dudes then busted out some hot dance moves before ending the night with a sweet pic. Ermahgerd!
What do you think about Jimmy and The Rock’s prom skit, HollywoodLifers? Hilarious? Did it remind you of your own prom experiences?
