This is SO touching! Vin Diesel posted a heartfelt tribute to his late friend, Paul Walker, in the form of a sweet photo. And the pic, which featured Vin’s one-year-old daughter Pauline, serves as a beautiful reminder that Paul will ALWAYS be watching over his family and friends.
It doesn’t get much more tearful than this! Fans did a total double take after Vin Diesel, 48, posted a photo of himself laughing with his daughter on Instagram. And while that’s certainly adorable all on its own, what really caught fans’ attentions was Vin’s late friend and costar, Paul Walker‘s, face, which was Photoshopped into the sky above Vin and his baby daughter, Pauline, 1. But the doctored image was only half of it, it was Vin’s emotional caption that said it all!

“Always….” Vin captioned the pic of him and his daughter with Paul superimposed into the sky, clearly implying that Paul is, and always will be, looking over Vin and his family. Is any else reaching for the tissues yet? There’s no question that Paul’s spirit lives on in those whose lives he touched — and Vin is certainly a believer in that.
After all, Vin has been extremely open about the impact that Paul, who died in a car crash back in 2013, had on him. He even named his third and youngest child, daughter Pauline, after him. “[Naming my daughter Pauline] felt like … a way to keep his memory a part of my family and a part of my world,” Vin revealed on the TODAY show last year.
Vin went even further, explaining how Paul was present for Pauline’s birth. “He was in the room,” he said. “There’s no other person that I was thinking about as I was cutting this umbilical cord. I just … knew he was there.” Pretty deep, right?
Many of the crew members who have worked on several of the past Fast films are here again to help us make something special. One of them at the end of the week came up to me and said wow what we are capturing on film is excellent… And then looked at me and said Paul would be proud. #wemakethemwithourhearts

Also known for his frequent tributes to Paul on social media, Vin got sentimental three weeks ago about filming The Fast and the Furious 8, the first film in the franchise that will not feature Paul. In his touching Insta pic, Vin referenced the new movie and made a point to mention that Paul would be proud.
