While the Internet exploded with memes surrounding Stephen Curry‘s Under Armour Curry Two “Chef” sneakers, the basketball player, 28, is totally on board with the look — in fact, he even rocked the now infamous kicks to practice as he geared up for Game 5. Not only did Steph rock the Under Armour sneakers, but he also added a personal touch to the shoe with a special message.
Once images of the latest sneaker were released online they were the subject of a slew of memes comparing the thick-soled white sneaker to orthopedic shoes — and we can totally see the resemblance. The unique design didn’t stop Steph from throwing on the shoes for practice on June 12, where he proudly rocked the new kicks, adding the word “Straight” and the drawing of a fire emoji to the toe.
