“It is in the same lane as music but I love to produce, I am actually getting a lot better,” Christina told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY in our last interview with the talented singer/songwriter. “I have been doing it my whole life but I was never great at it but recently but I have been soaking up everything I can so I can produce for others.” So sad.
Christina also told us, “I would love to write for others.” Sadly, now that she’s gone, these dreams will never be realized. UPDATE: Christina’s killer has been identified. Details HERE.
However, the former The Voice contestant was an enlightened young woman with an incredible head on her shoulders. She was beautiful inside and out, and when we asked her what the one thing is that she would her fans and followers to know, she responded with the most beautiful statement.
“A lot of people ask where I got my voice, they think it was from my mother,” Christina explained. “But I want to say that the Lord gave me my voice, I give all the glory and honor to Him. It is not mine, it is His and I am just borrowing it, that is what I would like to say.”
Christina’s music career started when she was just 15 years old and uploading videos to YouTube. When she joined The Voice in 2014, she quickly joined Adam Levine‘s team and made it all the way to the end. She ended up in third place for the sixth season, but she had an incredible run filled with out of this world performances that showed how brightly she shined.
As HollywoodLife.com previously reported, Christina also had dreams of touring with some big names. She named Ariana Grande and One Direction as two of the acts she would like to open for, but revealed that Justin Bieber would be the exact type of audience she wanted to perform for.
Our thoughts remain with Christina’s family, friends, and fans.
