If you’re an ‘FNL’ fan, it doesn’t get much better than this. It’s been ten years since the show began, but the cast headed back to Panther Field on June 10 as part of the ATX TV Festival in Austin, Texas — and yes, there were a lot of full hearts.
While we knew that the cast was reuniting at season five of the ATX TV Festival, no one expected all the stars that showed up to Panther Field — which by the way, may be overgrown but the field house and locker room are definitely still in tact. Just the photos in the gallery below plus this video featuring Tami Taylor herself, will definitely give you Friday Night Lights fans all the feels.

Connie Britton (Tami Taylor), Gaius Charles (Smash Williams), Scott Porter (Jason Street), Adrianne Palicki (Tyra Collette), Matt Lauria (Luke Cafferty), Brad Leland (Buddy Garrity), Jesse Plemons (Landry Clarke), Louanne Stephens (Mrs. Saracen), Stacey Oristano (Mindy Riggins), Derek Phillips (Billy Riggins), Dora Madison (Becky Sproles), Jeff Rosick (Buddy Jr.), Liz Mikel (Corrina Williams), Grey Damon (Hastings Ruckle), Katherine Willis (Joanne Street), Libby Villari (Mayor Rodell), Barry Tubb (Tom Cafferty), Stephanie Hunt (Devin Boland), Kevin Rankin (Herc), Lee Stringer (Bull Stroles), and David Born (Paul Dunley) were all in attendance, along with proud EP, Jason Katims.
It was definitely emotional for some of the cast. “Got emotional hadn’t seen grandson in 5 yrs; he’s so kind, smart,” Louanne Stephens captioned on a photo of her with TV grandson, Zach Gilford. Mae Whitman also posted a photo with Scott Porter and Matt Laura — who were both Amber’s baby daddy and later husband on Parenthood.
Overall, we’re obsessed and fans seemed to love it too, as they got to party on the field on blankets, take pics with the cast and yes, even watch an episode.
Just watch this video — the emotion will definitely come through, loud and clear.
